Spring Has Sprung

Its that time of year again where everyone gets all excited and wants to jump on their bikes and hurry up and down the streets or trails but before you do that take a few minutes to make sure the bike is in good working order after a long winter of sitting around.

Air up - If your bike has been sitting around for a while it's likely the tires are low on air, invest in a quality air pump and stick to the manufacturers tire pressure.

Check Brake Levers - Pull on your brake levers and make sure they engage both sides of the brakes on each wheel.  The brakes should not stick and be fully operational, if the wheels does not spin freely there may be a frayed or rusted cable.

Enjoy the fresh air and stay safe....
